Fran is a clinician who has worked with individuals, couples, family businesses and corporations for over 30 years. Her mission is to enhance and facilitate the productivity and effectiveness of her clients. She is a clinician, consultant, educator, and executive coach. As an educator, she has been on the faculty of Kantor Family Institute, Cambridge Hospital, and was a lecturer in psychiatry at the Harvard Medical School. She has combined her knowledge of people and her skill as a change agent to the business sector for over 25 years. As a consultant, she specializes in family owned business, which utilizes her knowledge of family dynamics in the industrial setting. As a coach, she has worked with individuals and teams in both the public and private sectors. Her areas of training include such topics as; “Team Building”, “Enhancing Your Communication”, “How to be an Effective Manager/Supervisor”, “Conflict Resolution”, “Managing Your State of Change” and “ The Balancing Act, A Recipe for Stress Reduction”. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, and her M.Ed. from Boston University.
